First things first – we appreciate the choice of builders available to you, and we thank you for taking the time to visit our website. C & C Symonds Pty Ltd is a Kiama-based third generation building company.

Our small family business started with my Grandfather Wallis and my Father Chris in 1960, building quality family homes in the greater Kiama region and working alongside talented architects and contractors to get the very best result for our client. My Father Chris retired in 2006 and my team and I have continued to work to the same standards around the Kiama Municipality ever since.

OUR SPECIALITY

Our attention to detail, high quality finishes and the ability to work well with our client is very important to us. This can be seen in the individual designs and construction methods we use. Over the years, we have been privileged to build a number of stunning local homes for architects including Dodds & Zuchon, Alex Matyear & Glenn Murcott and more recently from Chris Jacka, and Lisa Papesch.

I am a "hands on" builder – one who leads by example on the tools with my team of carpenters and sub contract tradesmen. We will deliver you all aspects of the job from setting out through to cleaning windows and arranging the appropriate paperwork. All you need to do is ‘turn the key’, and move on in.
